Marked “Stone China 66”. Probably Hicks & Meigh.

Variations occur with the name of the pattern below or with numbers, 1822 - 35 per encyclopaedia of British Pottery and Porcelain Marks by Geoffrey A Godden. 

They are one of the Staffordshire potteries.
